Georgia: Georgian wines are very interesting and distinct. The grape variety is Rkatsiteli, which is naturally fermented underground for thirty days in clay amphorae known here as Qvevri. Golden amber in color with layers of walnut, apricot, and wild honey.

Pays du Jura: Variety: 100% Savagnin; Soil: Lower Jurassic blue loams; Vinification: manual harvest, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts, malolactic fermentation; Ageing: 36 months in 50 hl oak foudres; Characteristics: White, Biodynamic, Calm, Deep and mineral; Properties: Alcohol: 13.5%, pH: 3.19, SO2: 53, Residual sugar: 0.5 g/l

Rioja Alavesa: Type of grape: Tempranillo, Red Garnacha; Type of wine: Red, Denomination of Origin: Rioja; Alcohol content: 14º vol.; Serving temperature: 14º-17º C; Winery: Baigorri; Tasting Notes: Intense cherry colored wine with a medium-high layer, aromas of black fruit and stewed fruit, spices, dairy products, and a long retro-olfaction. On the palate it is elegant and silky; Barrel aging: 14 months; Origin: Samaniego-Álava.

Gipuzkoa: In the town of Aia, 300 meters above sea level and perfumed by the Bay of Biscay, is the 'Bodega K5'. 15 hectares of vineyards of local Hondarrabi Zuri grapes that are pampered throughout the cycle to obtain a unique txakoli, with a vocation for aging and a gastronomic spirit.
Karlos Arguiñano is the most popular Basque chef, the best (for me) and is a great communicator. It is also a well-known winemaker and some years ago he fulfilled his dream of launching his own txakoli.  Each season, the chef made a homemade wine with the few grapes that a small private plot gave him. Nothing commercial, just to enjoy with friends and family.

Baztán: The dream of Ana Iriarte and Iñaki Bengoetxea! A young couple based in Arizkun.

She is an agricultural technical engineer, and he is an agricultural engineer, and from the beginning, they were clear that they had to do something according to their knowledge.

They were quite clear that they wanted to live in Baztan, the most magic basin on Earth, (where my fathers lived 4 years in the '50s and I will live the rest of my life in Erratzu) and after thinking about it a lot, Ana and Iñaki decided to produce wine! and @bioecorganic!!

Wine in Baztan? Too much humidity!? Yes, but, why not? Iñaki sees it as very logical. Isn't it true that in Iroulegi there are 200 hectares of vineyards? Iroulegi is Iparralde (North Basque Country)15 kilometers from Baztan, very close; and in Hondarribia, they produce txakoli, also near Baztan. In Baztan, the land has been used, mainly, for cattle, although centuries ago a lot of cider was also produced, practically in every house. For this reason, the idea of producing wine surprised everyone in Baztán!.
No matter what, the idea was incubating in their minds and they bet on it. After several consultations and studying the feasibility of the project, they got to work. They decided to make their way by creating a new product: Baztango xurie, a #bioecorganic white wine, produced in Baztan!!

They are always full of illusion, and emotion, for the new Camino, Bidea, they were beginning to travel together...

Corella: Viña Aliaga Lágrima de Luna; 2 years Gold medal winner in Bordeaux! Variety: 100% Grenache, made by the traditional bleeding method. The name "Lágrima de Luna" refers to its elaboration, since since the grapes are harvested, at night, until the must is bled from the tank, without mechanical pressure, no more than one night has passed, giving it that color. pale pink with onion tones and those characteristic floral aromas; D.O.: Navarra, Grape: Garnacha Tinta, Wine: Rosé.
